Attorneys
Sean M. Koller represents clients involved in complex business litigation, including complex commercial suits, antitrust disputes, healthcare disputes, derivative suits, tort disputes, and contractual claims. Sean represents clients in litigation pending in federal and state courts throughout the country, and has handled matters before the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, the American Health Lawyers’ Association, and other alternative dispute resolution tribunals.
Sean also defends individuals and corporations against government investigations by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, State Attorneys General, and other state and federal government agencies. He has experience conducting internal investigations of public corporations and non-profit organizations.
Sean also maintains an active pro bono practice and currently sits on Open Books Chicago’s Associate Board.
