Attorneys
Nathan Shev represents clients in complex civil litigation. He has experience in a wide range of matters involving commercial contracts, business torts, insurance coverage, securities laws, intellectual property, and constitutional law. Mr. Shev has a reputation for careful and creative advocacy and is frequently asked to represent clients with respect to critical motions and appellate litigation. Before joining Sperling & Slater, Mr. Shev worked as a litigation associate at Skadden and then served for two years as a staff attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
