Martin Amaro is an accomplished and experienced litigation attorney with United States and  German law degrees. His practice focuses on complex antitrust, intellectual property and commercial litigation.

Mr. Amaro’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and intellectual property law with a special focus on litigation. In his antitrust practice, Mr. Amaro has represented clients in a variety of complex actions involving claims of price fixing, market allocation, monopolization in various industries such as pharmaceuticals and retail products. In his intellectual property practice, he represented domestic and foreign parties in all aspects of patent infringement litigation in a diverse range of technology areas, including Computer Hardware, Consumer Electronics,Communications, Medical Devices, E-Commerce, Semiconductors, Social Networking, and Software.

In addition, Mr. Amaro has also provided commercial and intellectual property counsel to various start-up companies related to, for example, ballot marking devices, audiophile loudspeakers, and a test and monitoring system for sump pumps.
