Alberto Rodriguez’s practice focuses on complex litigation, such as antitrust matters, and advising clients on corporate and transactional related issues. With respect to his antitrust practice, Mr. Rodriguez represents plaintiffs against some of the world’s largest companies in their respective industries that are alleged to have violated the antitrust laws. These cases, collectively, have helped shape the antitrust legal landscape over the last decade.

As part of his corporate/transactional practice, Mr. Rodriguez provides general counsel services to startups and small businesses, in all stages of the business life cycle. He regularly counsels clients on day-to-day business and legal issues, as well as his clients’ long-term business plans.

Prior to joining Sperling & Slater in 2019, Mr. Rodriguez was a shareholder at Vanek, Vickers & Masini, P.C., where he was a member of the firm’s antitrust group.
