DAVID LESHT

Mr. Lesht’s practice has involved a broad range of intellectual property legal matters. He has analyzed, prepared, filed and prosecuted numerous patent applications involving the mechanical and chemical arts. As a trial lawyer, he has represented inventors, start-ups and companies in many patent infringement actions.  A significant portion of Mr. Lesht’s practice has involved counseling and providing opinions on patents in which he has addressed fundamental patent law issues, including claim construction, infringement and validity questions and damages.
